Writing the Body

Once the outline is approved, the next step is to write the content body!

⚠️ Before you begin, here’s some things to note:

All content follows a word-count limit and focuses on one topic at a time.

Depending on the topic’s complexity, a piece of content can be short, at ~1000 words (10 mins, read at 100wpm) or longform, up to ~2000 words (20 mins).

For example, a 1000w, 10 min lesson introducing Why we do design research is structured as a list of research types and some commonly asked questions.

In contrast, a lesson or How-to-guide (HTG) that includes one or more activities can be twice as long, at 2000w or 20min. Feature Matrix is a good example.
