Figma provides a basic Embed feature as part of how you share prototypes.

In our UX Academy curriculum, there are places where we have chosen to share a prototype as an example of a deliverable that we want a student to make.

In collaboration with our Dev team, we’ve shipped a feature that ensures Figma embeds render responsively in our LMS (for v3 Lesson and How To Guide templates).

Here’s what to do to include a Figma embed in admin:

1. Set up the Figma file so it only has the prototype itself:

Once you share the Figma embed, our students will be able to open and duplicate the file.

3. Click on the “<> Get embed code” text at the bottom of the box:

4. Open up the specific Lesson or How To Guide that will include the Figma embed in the Admin content editing interface.

If the Lesson or How To Guide is live in a curriculum version, you’ll just want to click on the ‘’Edit in Admin” link. The “Edit in Admin” link always appears below the author name on a Lesson or How To Guide.
